As a member of the senior management team I work with my colleagues to provide quality products matched with personal service.

I have over 40 years experience in the Insurance Industry initially working with Sun Alliance (the SA in RSA!) before joining my father, Roland Smith, in the family business in 1980.

I have a real passion for delivering great customer service and firmly believe that our consistent and long standing focus on the customer has contributed significantly to the growth of the business since 1965 and will enable us to continue to offer a first class service.
