Not everyone wants to see an adviser. Many people just want to talk through their options and receive some general guidance to help them organise their finances. You may need some friendly assistance to help you decide if there is anything that you need to do, or simply want to find out more about financial topics that interest or puzzle you.

Roland Smith Insurance has set up the NARPO Finance Helpline, a free service exclusively for NARPO Members, to help you get the financial advice you need. Our dedicated helpline number will always be answered by a real person rather than an automated answering service. If our financial adviser is busy when you call, another staff member will take your details and we'll call you back.

This service is usually manned by Roger Parker, a financial adviser with over 20 years' experience in the industry. He understands NARPO Members' needs so he can give you sensible, practical advice. If he doesn't know the answer he will try to find someone who does. He won't try to sell you anything, he is just there to help.

We can't give you detailed advice about your personal circumstances. If we feel you need more specific individual help from an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), we'll point you in the right direction and you can choose an IFA to give you specific advice.
