In such instances personal information held by us may be disclosed on a confidential basis, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, to such third parties.  In order to improve our service to you calls made to and from this office may be monitored and recorded.

Roland Smith will use the personal data you provide in relation to insurance and investment business for administration purposes and marketing products and services that are considered to be of interest to you. Where the investment or insurance services are provided by a third party, your personal data will be disclosed to these third parties for administration purposes only.
