Roland Smith Insurance is a trading name of Roland Smith Limited. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Our FSA register number is 114942. Our permitted business is advising, arranging, dealing as agent and assisting in the administration and performance of general insurance contracts. All personal information is treated by us as confidential and is processed in accordance with the relevant legislation. We will not use or disclose personal information without your consent, other than in the normal course of arranging and administering your insurances, except where we are compelled by law (including by regulators or law enforcement agencies) to disclose such information. In such instances personal information held by us may be disclosed on a confidential basis, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, to such third parties.  In order to improve our service to you calls made to and from this office may be monitored and recorded.

Roland Smith will use the personal data you provide in relation to insurance and investment business for administration purposes and marketing products and services that are considered to be of interest to you. Where the investment or insurance services are provided by a third party, your personal data will be disclosed to these third parties for administration purposes only.
                                                                              
Roland Smith is part of the Police Mutual Group of companies, which also consists of Police Mutual Assurance Society Limited, Police Mutual Investment Services Limited, Police Mutual Insurance and Financial Services Limited, Police Mutual Financial Services Limited and Police Mutual Housing Fund Limited.  Roland Smith will share your data with other companies within the Police Mutual Group, who may use it to market their products and services which they consider will be of interest to you.
